Standard Delivery

Confirmed orders are typically processed for shipping within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping notification via email once your order is ready to be dispatched.

• Shipping Carriers

Your order may be delivered via UPS, USPS, 4PX or DHL, depending on the best option available at the time the order is fulfilled.

• Delivery Duration

Products may be dispatched from Hongkong, estimated to take 10-15 business days. Our delivery is expected to take several additional days due to flight delays, customs inspections, or other force majeure factors, delivery times may be extended accordingly.

We may split your order into multiple shipments due to size or quantity. If this happens, you will see multiple tracking numbers in the tracking email.

• Duplicate Item Issue

If duplicate items are received from the single box purchase link, this falls within the scope of normal random shipping and cannot be addressed through after-sales support for exchanges or refunds.

Change or cancel order

When you place an order on  minimakeup.shop, we aim to send your package as soon as we can to make sure it reaches you on time. This means there’s a very small window when you’re able to cancel. Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Once a package has been dispatched, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Order Address Modification

We do not accept any changes to delivery addresses once a package has been dispatched.
